Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with DOGOPAL. If something is not right with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, please still contact us. We will do our best to help.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you once your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If an item is returned damaged, used, or with missing parts for reasons not caused by DOGOPAL, a partial refund may be issued.

Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, DOGOPAL will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure your return reaches us safely.
